The Way of The Hunter.
This Hybrid class will consist of one 2-hour Zoom session. The “Field Day “ will occur outside Sandy, Starting at 9 am.
Our ancestors were expert hunters. Not only were they proficient with whatever weapon they chose to use, but They were also masters at all the skills needed to be an effective hunter. There is so much more to hunting than being accurate with whichever tool you use. There also needs to be a deep understanding of the animals you pursue and Stalking, movement, and Camouflage. As well as Tracking and Sign Tracking and how to read landscapes so you know best where to hunt. Students will receive a copy of the Zoom recording.

Animal Tracking
Stalking and Movement
How to read the Landscape to pick the best places to hunt
How to read topographical and Satellite maps and Identify good hunting areas
Naturalist studies and knowing the animals we pursue

Class instructions
Students should try and arrive 15 minutes before the start of a single-day class and the evening before a
Check the weather and dress appropriately. The class will be outside, rain or shine, with very little cover. If you have any gear questions, feel free to send me an email.
Bring lunch and some snacks for a day class; multi-day classes will need to provide your breakfast and lunches. We will provide dinner.
Bring a pen and notebook.
As class time years, I will get more communicative in the ability to answer any questions.
